Base Station Repair

I sent my base station in for repair and it was received by the repair facility on 31 Jan. I talked with Johanna Steves before that and Johanna said it would take 7-10 days for the repair to be complete. Well, it is the end of March and I still have nothing. I have various other chat logs (about 7) where I have asked about the status, and nothing has come from them either.


I was told that they 'escalated my repair status' to 'priority' and that is supposed to mean I get weekly updates, but even then I have only gotten an update once in February and once in March, both essentially saying that 'Vive is waiting on an update.'


I think this is getting rather out of hand, and I am displeased. What should I do?
