 Hi there, I'm sorry to bother everyone. I sent my vive in for repairs and I have not heard anything and of course the tracker indicates it has not been received, but I know people have said in other posts that the tracker was not working. I sent it through usps on March 16th and it was delivered and signed for on the 19th.I was just wondering if you could provide any info. The vive was a huge purchase for us and we love it, but I'm very anxious about this whole process. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
