Redeem Vive Pro code for existing vive user

I can not redeem my code as existing vive user. I get:

 

We cannot find your email "<my email>" in our system. Please check it again or Please contact us.

 

I have contacted htc with the "Have a question" on the same page but no response. Anyone got similar issue?
