dukekant Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 I preordered the initial launch vive, tried to use the vive pro viveport code and when I add my information in to the "Existing Vive owner, Upgrading to Vive Pro? Click here" section and once it goes through it only states that I am eligable for the 6 month viveport not the upgraded 1 year and $100 credit. How do I resolve this?

dukekant Posted April 12, 2018 Author Posted April 12, 2018 I am adding the S/N of the original headset as well as the email attached to my account. As for errors I simply continued to get rejection based on my email until I did it throught viveport and then it would accept the info but the next screen would only say that I would get a 6 month membership and not 12 and did not mention the $100 wallet balance
