Nolz Posted April 19, 2018 Share Posted April 19, 2018 I sent in my Base Station in for repair on 2/27 for repairs and have contacted support multiple times over the weeks to check progress since the repair tracker has never been updated. Every time I've contacted support they have said it's being repaired now and I'll receive a return tracking number "soon". I'm nearing the end of week 8 with no real update.
