Mariner24 Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 Hi, we have an arcade. 4 station.The host station recognizes all four stations and Ican deploy games toall four rooms. Unfortunately. None of the station's games will initiate. What am Imissing?

k&bgames Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 same problem. First it was only one station. Then two more went down. so all of them for me. well i suppose that is a lie, we can initiate all of the free games, but none of the pay to play ones. Which is really wierd.

Randy.Wu Posted April 23, 2018 Posted April 23, 2018 Hi Does these issued PCs installed Vive Software (personal home version) ? If yes, please uninstall Vive Software and reinstall VAM_Station on client PC. If not, you can raise issue by bug report button on dashboard of Viveport Arcade Manager.

k&bgames Posted April 23, 2018 Posted April 23, 2018 I have 1000000 points. They are valid. It is all good now, I uninstalled everything, rebooted and reinstalled. The first time I only uninstalled the arcade. That was a mistake. Everything needed to be taken off and reinstalled. Everything is working again. Thanks for the reply!
