Poor Experience with Vive Support

When I order Vive Pro Headset I found out it  was missing the conterollers and lighthuose. I contacted Vive Care to get starter kit. I haven't heard anything back from then in 6 days. I send secound email asking if I could get 1.0 starter kit about 4 days ago. I haven't hear any thing back. I now just returning the headset. Sadly you can easely return it throught HTC.


My hope is that some one from Vive will read this post and hopful make some changes to the support that is beening given to there customers.
