I did not get my 2 month subscription

I typed in my code when I recieved my Vive but it says that I should join

You get the code on the box which is in order redeemed on www.vive.com/code

 

From there you will get another code that you can redeem on the Viveport desktop app. It might ask you to input payment information to  "start" the subscription but you should not get charged before those 2 months are over. You can cancel anytime before that happens.

I accie=dently hit cancel on the screen about continuing the subscription, and now I can't enter the code again and I don't see the 2 months in my subscriptions tab. any ideas?
