Passthrough not tracking headset rotation

Not sure what I am doing wrong but the passthrough feed is not tracked to the headset rotation. It's being displayed on a giant screen and if I turn my head 90 degrees half my vision will be black. If I turn my head 180 degrees my entire vision will be black.


The passthrough is correctly displaying the camera feed but the feed is not tracked to my headset rotation. This is happening in unity 2018.1.2f1 , 2017.1.1f1, as well as both the unity and unreal demo projects provided.

Drivers are up to date  and I am in Steam VR beta.


Any ideas??
