I am having trouble getting them all to remain tracking, and getting the 10016 error (as in this thread). I think it is down to one particular tracker (though I am also trying to figure out if it might be a problem with a faulty dongle, as others have found. But through the SteamVR system report I found something which might be relevant: the tracker in question seems to be on an older firmware than the other 5 trackers, and I can't seem to update it. These are all the bits of the system info that are different between the working and faulty tracker: Working Trackers (x5) Firmware: 1518829406 watchman@runner-watchman 2018-02-17 FPGA 531(2.19/0/2) BL 0 VRC 1518829406 Radio 1518811657 Watchman Firmware: 1518829406 / 0 (2018-02-17) Watchman FPGA: 531 / 0 (2.19) VRC Version: 1518829406 / 0 (2018-02-17) Radio Version: 1518811657 / 0 (2018-02-16) Faulty Tracker (x1) Firmware: 1513896911 watchman@runner-watchman 2017-12-21 FPGA 528(2.16/7/2) BL 0 Watchman Firmware: 1513896911 / 0 (2017-12-21) Watchman FPGA: 528 / 0 (2.16) VRC Version: 1513896911 / 0 (2017-12-21) Radio Version: 1511378641 / 0 (2017-11-22) If I go to SteamVR->Devices->Update Firmware, it says the Tracker is up to date though. And when I get the 10016 error and click on the 'Update Firmware' button that appears then, it just seems to try to update the HMD firmware.
