majortom1981 Posted August 4, 2018 Share Posted August 4, 2018 Is there anyway just to get the pins and the back washer for the deluxe audio strap? I went to use the headset with the audio strap and the headphone came off. I have the pin and the washer parts with the teeth but there is a really flat really small washer I am missing that holds the pin in place. without in the hephone does not stay on the headstrap. I contact htc support via online chat and they want me to send in the whole thing. IF I just got the pin and the parts with it I can fix it myself.
