Goowie Posted August 11, 2018 Share Posted August 11, 2018 I purchased a Vive and got the email confirmation on Aug 2, it is now Aug 10 so I am still within the return time which is 14 days. I emailed Vive support about how to return it because I bought it off the Vive website but was told the way to do it was on the confirmation email.
