VivePort Error 23000 on non subscription games

Hi,

 

Last night I downloaded multiple apps, some paid, some otherwise. Some of these, BoxVR and Oasis, are working, but Unew Roller Coaster, Desert Ride Coaster, Primitive and Bounce all fail to launch with "App Failed to Launch (23000)" .

 

BoxVR and Bounce were paid for, the rest were free.

 

Any thoughts on why these are failing to launch?

Currently VIVEPORT only supports Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 8.1, kindly check if you have the supported Windows OS.  

 

Please follow the below troubleshooting steps to launch VIVEPORT Desktop App: 

1. Check if you are connected to a stable internet connection, switch to wired/wireless connection if possible.
2. Temporarily disable your Anti-virus and Firewall software.  
3. Check your Windows system time zone, and make sure it syncs.  

4. Please AVOID:

   • Characters other than English in Windows user name.  

   • Characters other than English in VIVE installation path.  

   • Any types of symbol, underline, (“~!@#$%^&”)  in windows user name or VIVE installed path

   • Installing VIVE under "F, G, H" Drive.  
5. Reboot your computer
6. If you are still having trouble, please kindly download VIVE-Feedback and report your issue.

Looks like it was the clock, which has been messed up from dual booting windows and linux.

 

Thanks for the suggestion. Weird that it would only affect some of the titles though.
