Update from 0.27 Firmware

Hi, I have been trying to update the firmware of the Vive Focus I'm using at work from 0.27 but cannot seem to get it to find any update.

 

As I understand it, I need to update the device's ROM to 0.30 and then to the release version. however I have tried to update using FOTA with the commands:

 

adb root

adb shell am start -a com.htc.updater.FOTA_SETTING

 

but cannot find the update to 0.30.

 

This post: Update-from-0-25-Firmware seems to be about the same issue however there is no solution presented there.

 

Can anyone assist me?
