Content Bundle Redemption Error

Went to redeem my VIVE Content Bundle, typed in the code but then realized I had to make an account. I followd the instruction and signed up for an account and went on to look for my confirmation email. There was nothing in my inbox or spam folder... I went back to the activation page and the site told me it was already activated. Since I didn't get this note the first time, I know the code is fine. We bought the set new and there was no other HTC account associated with the set so there is no reason I shouldn't have the content in my email if it was already activated. If it was activated then I should be able to redeem my code on the activation site... This has been incredibly frustrating given that the Live Chat was no help and there is no other way to directly talk with someone about this issue...
