Camera feed and UI elements in Unity

I have the SR Dual Camera Rig mode set to MIX, and am displaying the camera feed and a simple UI (World Space Canvas). 

As long as the camera feed is rendering, there is a VERY noticeable difference in the position of the canvas in the left and right eyes, so that you end up with a very annoying double vision effect, seeing two of each UI element side by side. As you move your head around, you can see the distance between each eye increase and decrease.


Any ideas?
