kimmog Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 I bought Vive Pro in Overseas. I have previously heard that vive pro in Europe Live Chat is supported Global Warranty. However, the Service Center in Korea rejects it. Why is not the Global Warranty supported in Korea?
HackPerception Posted November 26, 2018 Posted November 26, 2018 , Products are geo-locked into certain regions due to regulatory compliance. You're warranty is definitely still valid - it's just that the unit is geo-locked to EU service centers. I've asked the EMEA team for assistance on this.
