VIVEPORT charge after free subscription.

Hi, I know this isn’t technically a technical support issue but the live chat rep told me to post here—


My free VIVEPORT subscription ended and charged me for continued subscription automatically. I enjoy the VIVE but have no further interest in VIVEPORT and haven’t even used it but once or twice. I would like to have the subscription cancelled and for my money to be refunded. The transaction happened yesterday and I’ve just seen the email.
