Base Stations not tracking as well as Headset not connected properly.

Hello, I got my vive as of 12/5/2018 and once I was setting it up I did get stuck on it detecting the USB as well as the HDMI and I skipped it. As I was setting up the remaining components it's showing that my headset is not connected properly as well as when I try to setup the tracking it cannot find either of the controllers which were correctly paired as well as the headset. Any and all information regarding how I can fix this would be immensly appreciated. Thank You!
