HDMI Not connecting or being detected!

I know this is a common issue and I still need help. Everything works fine I think, I have two hdmi ports, and I've tried both and different usb ports and tried through the linkbx and bypassing the link box! I still need assistance and the staff member that was talking to me stopped answering after I tried the first thing :( As per the holidays it's brand spankin new and I don't know how to fix it! Please please pretty please help!
