I tried to disconnect/connect the power cable, but this don't work, I also tried to do an update, but the system is not giving me one. Nothing is working right know, what can I do? You'll want to contact our support team at www.vive.com/us/support/contactus and explain your situation there. Please keep in mind, there is no user fix for this and it must be done via RMA.
