Aceritas Posted January 16, 2019 Share Posted January 16, 2019 Hi, Im not getting any email responses from support anymore. Ive made a new ticket which seems to have been ignored as well. I have a 2.0 base station in repair right now and its status hasnt progressed or updated in about a month. I just want to know where it is, if its even getting fixed, and when I can get it back. Or if i should just cut my losses and return my Vive Pro. The lack of any kind of acknowledgement is getting a little frustrating. Can I please get some help/answers?
