I have had no response to unusable base station from HTC

Is there a special trick to getting HTC to respond to warranty issues? I have tried the online submission multiple times, and I have recieved no response to attempt to remedy the situation. HTC may have amazing hardware, but without support for defective equipment I would have rather saved a thousand dollars purchasing another system that cares about the end user. My current system is unusable to only being able to use one bas station. Every time I look away from the working station the headset whites out. How can I game this way????????????????????
