Can't update HTC Vive Focus Firmware

Hi,

 

I can't update the ROM of my Vive Focus. When I click on settings, system updates, after the spinner ends it says there are no updates for my device. Current ROM is:

- 1.08.1400.2.9.0_g testkeys.

- Wave SDK version 2.0.23

- Kernel 4.4.63 from January 2018.

 

How can I update? I tried a factory reset of data with no luck

Wow, I'm not sure where did you get this device?

It's a one-year old version (mentioned kernel in Jan 2018).

Please PM me your S/N, and I'll ask internally how to support your upgrade.

I have tried a lot to upgrade the firmware of my system, but every time I fail. I have searched a lot on the Internet but still cannot find any proper suggestion in this regarding. I have also consulted with Windows update error code 8007000e, but no such suggestions can be found. If anyone has any alternative idea, then ping me back.

@Tony PH Lin I'm on firmware 1.58.1400.4

(i'm on wifi) Every time I try to do a firmware update I get I am trying to update to 1.92.1400.2. Click download, update is corrupted. The downloaded system software is corrupted.
