No Telephone Support???

How does one of the world's leading technology companies, not have telephones for their employee's to use. That's just embarrassing.

 

This day and age, it's REALLY important to check BBB ratings and support policies with a magnyfying glass. I never would have bought this knowing the massive F rating and lack of phones for employees in tech support.
