Mike W
Hi, One of my controllers turned off while playing and would not turn back on, even though it still had a full charge. A couple of days later, the Controller turned back on, It is being picked up by SteamVR but it will not track, I restated SteamVR and I got a notice that the controller needs a firmware update to restore it to a usable state, when I try the firmware update it gets to 'watchman FPGA update' then fails, I have tried multiple USB ports (2.0 and 3.0), I have removed all other USB devices except keyboard and mouse and have power cycled all Vive Devices, nothing worked. I have emailed HTC Vive Support twice now and have not gotten a response, really not happy with the customer service as I am still within my Warranty period.
