Vive Pro cameras not working on USB3 using SteamVR beta 1.3.6 / Windows 7

The cameras work when I connect via USB 2 but not using and of the USB 3 connections on the rear. Also, under settings all the connections are greyed out under USB except for Bluetooth. I have updated the drivers per this link:

I have not tried the USB connectors on the front panel of the PC box as I have seen others on this forum note. Has anyone resolved this issue with Windows 7 and the cameras not working?

I would remove all the Vive components first, reinstall all the Vive/SteamVR software and drivers and then run the driver patch as listed below and try again. Try every USB port you have.
