After some minutes, a confirmation email was sent to my email address, containing the order number. The link in the confirmation email sends me to the Quick Order Look Up page. (https://store.eu.htcvive.com/DRHM/store?Action=DisplayHelpPage&SiteID=htcemea&Locale=en_IE&ThemeID=40354400) In this page I inserted the order number and my password, but an error says "Incorrect order number and/or password. " So, I tried to reset my password by pressing the link and inserting my order number in the "Forgotten Password?" form. I completed the password reset but nothing changed, always the "Incorrect order number and/or password. " error is prompted. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This should eventually change to showing you the status of the order. If you don't see a change in this by tomorrow, please let me know and we will go from there.
