Can't see order in my order history

Hi everyone.

Yesterday I ordered an HTC Vive Pro Starter Kit. 

After some minutes, a confirmation email was sent to my email address, containing the order number.

The link in the confirmation email  sends me to the Quick Order Look Up page.

In this page I inserted the order number and my password, but an error says "Incorrect order number and/or password. "

So, I tried to reset my password by pressing the link and inserting my order number in the "Forgotten Password?"  form.

 

I completed the password reset but nothing changed, always the  "Incorrect order number and/or password. " error is prompted.
