Can't see order in my order history

Hi everyone.

Yesterday I ordered an HTC Vive Pro Starter Kit. 

After some minutes, a confirmation email was sent to my email address, containing the order number.

The link in the confirmation email  sends me to the Quick Order Look Up page.

In this page I inserted the order number and my password, but an error says "Incorrect order number and/or password. "

So, I tried to reset my password by pressing the link and inserting my order number in the "Forgotten Password?"  form.

 

I completed the password reset but nothing changed, always the  "Incorrect order number and/or password. " error is prompted.

Don't worry, your order is still fine. It is most likely in the processing stage. This should eventually change to showing you the status of the order. If you don't see a change in this by tomorrow, please let me know and we will go from there.
