Huskies777
I'm not sure if there's a thread that may already have a solution, if there is, can someone please link it to me. The tracker is fully charged, however, it does not want to connect wirelessly. When it's plugged in, it's recognized, however, once it's unplugged, it won't stay on or stay connected. I thought it might have been an issue with Steam VR. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I've repaired the tracker to the computer and that didn't fix it. It might be a firmware issue but I'm not sure, it's only affecting this one tracker. I'm not sure how to roll back firmware updates so I cannot confirm if that's the issue. I'm not sure if anyone has encountered this problem, if so please help, it's pissing me off.
HackPerception
- I see no specific mention of the USB dongle in your description. Is a dongle plugged in for each device? If not, that's your problem. If it is, there's a chance that dongle may have failed somehow which is something our hardware support team can assist you with. It sounds like you have 2 or more trackers/dongles so you should be able to try pairing the problem tracker using a dongle that you've confirmed working with the other tracker. A common misconception is that you can pair multiple trackers to one dongle. Each watchman device needs it's own radio - the Vive for instance has 2 radios, one for each controller. Similarly, each tracker needs a dongle.
Huskies777
I have 3 trackers and I attempted at what you said and still, nothing seems to be working.
