JudgeDNM Posted May 18, 2019 Share Posted May 18, 2019 I had some trouble updateing the firmware on my controllers however after trying 4 differnt USBs i got that to work. When i tried to accomplish the Room Setup however on the third screen where it says "Establish Tracking" the controllers and headset are grey and say "lorem ipsum dolor". If I ignore it and continue anything that requires you to use the controllers does not work however they are green and say they are up to date as well as tracking on the steam VR tab Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I had the same issue and couldn't figure out why all of a sudden this strange error was happening to me. As you suggested i unplugged the connected console controller (in my case a 360 xbox controller) and hey presto it started working instantly for me! :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
