Vive product not delivered

I ordered an HTC Vive product on 11/05 and it has already passed the 3-5 expected days of delivery. I have contacted support on this issue but I'm getting concerned that it will take longer for correspondence to be reached. In this case the product has not arrived or has been delivered at all and I would like some clarity on this, I would be very understanding if the products in question was backordered in order to replenish stock, but I may have to request a refund on an undelivered item.
