Vive base station issue

Hello so I have got my vive base station for a few days ago untill yesterday after the update my base station now is blinking red and not tracking anymore so I searched for a fix which was this 

https://steamcommunity.com/app/250820/discussions/2/1694914736013794778/ and it did work no more blinking red light now it's back to normal but won't track because I am forced to update it again which I have done and now it's back to red blinking light  what can I do and I don't think that you can replace my base station where i live (Kuwait)
