ViveportDesktopHelper is taking 20% of single CPU core even when Viveport is not running

I have 4 core / 4 thread CPU and ViveportDesktopHelper.exe is taking 5% of my overall CPU all the time. When I kill it, it will start again.
Is there a way to stop it?
I use my PC mainly for work and this is taking my CPU for no good reason since Vive is not even running.

- that does seem abnormally high. It shouldn't be consuming that much unless the client is actively preforming a task such as installing an application. I've started a support ticket with the email address associated with your account so I can get the opinion of a technical specialist on this.
