How to get REAL TIME bandwidth/data rate of VIVE headset

Hi all, 

I want to get the real time data rate of VIVE headset, when playing a video or game, but find no way to do with it.

 

Is there any method to get the data rate of this device, or to estimate the date rate?

 

Any help is much appreciated!
