Agarza50 Posted August 28, 2019 Share Posted August 28, 2019 Currently being asked to do a fourth atempt to fix my base station with tracking issues. My ticket number is 10052468. Done everything i was asked provides all the error reports. The works and every single time im told this time for sure it will get fixed. Have not played my system in months since the first warranty. Waited then receive base station in same non working condition. Then again for the second time non working then again the third time i might add the tracking got worse the third time. Is there any hope to fix this or im gonna have to be on an going loop between warranties. Can my station just be replaced if the repair center hasnt been succesful this many times?
