insevin Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 "Bluetooth is not available" even though it is installed and ready on my system. I need bluetooth to turn off Vive basestations. How can I get it working? I've googled many solutions and none of them cover "bluetooth not available".
insevin Posted September 6, 2019 Author Posted September 6, 2019 I solved it. The entire Vive system had to be powered and running along with SteamVR for those settings to be available. No help needed.
HackPerception Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 @insevin - The bluetooth module that connects with the basestations is within the linkbox so if you need to use BT power management, you'll need to have the linkbox connected via USB and powered on for that functionality to be available (there are ways to bypass the linkbox such as with Vive Wireless). 1
