headset not working

When I was using the vive , it suddenly goes dark and steamVR shows that the headset become undeteccted. 

The light on the headset doesnot light at all (no red light ,no green light ,just nothing)

I reboot the computer, reconnect all the cables, restart the link box. And nothing gets better.

I cannot found anything to do with it, what is the problem?

It if you can, bypass the linkbox and try changing the cables. If that doesn't work, it may be the headset itself in which case you will want to get it it repaired. You can contact support at www.vive.com/support > Contact Us > Contact Us > Live Chat

Yea I have just had the same thing, did the restarted and reconnect but nothing, vive pro head set dead
