My vive seems to be broken

So I will plug in the portable charger that vive gives to use with the wireless part of the system and it will take like a minute for even the green light on the wireless thing to turn on I launch vive wireless and steam vr it takes another minute or two for it to turn red then green then it just turns off the wireless charger is still connected nothing seems to be disconnected or damaged it just loses connection to the computer and won't regain it unless I completely turn off the vive wireless steam vr and the vive
