Hi,
I have been trying for days to contact the support (by form). Since I want to return the purchased product Vive Cosmos.
Unfortunately, the support has not responded. There is also no information on the website to find where and with what information I can return the product.
So here are the questions how and where to send the product.
What information must be included in the package?
Why is it so difficult to return products to HTC / Vive?
