schwaBAM Posted October 29, 2019 Share Posted October 29, 2019 I've had the cosmos for less than 30 days and I was reaching out for a return but I was told they do not offer returns over 14 days. Which is terrible because this headset is nothing like what they promised. My older vive works fine and I expected issues with the cosmos at first but I am not happy with the headset itself, the tracking is terrible (as everyone knows), and it keeps saying I have low lighting issues. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the software to get it to work for the night. Totally bizarre. What are my options? Do I try and sell 3rd party or can I escalate this somehow?
