Koopa Posted January 12, 2020 Share Posted January 12, 2020 (edited) Cosmos Headphones are sizzle but wwhen I plug in another headset the sound is perfect, can some one have an idea to debug it or I have to contact the support and use the warranty ? Try unhook the Cosmos Headset (3.5mm AJ) to some other 3.5mm AJ device. If the sizzle sound is gone, then you might want to try different USB port or use High def audio path.
