zaokin Posted May 1, 2020 Share Posted May 1, 2020 hello everyone, so just last week I bought 3 vive trackers for full body and I recieved them last Saturday. All of them were working just fine till after the 4th day of having them. I was playing blade and sorcery for a lil and decided to get on vrchat for a bit, then The tracking on them were starting to jitter. I tried repositioning the base stations and switching USB ports for the dongles. I'm not sure what else to do. Please advise. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
hmacaroni Posted May 22, 2020 Share Posted May 22, 2020 what ever you do don't ask VIVE for help, their customer service is the most appalling I have ever experienced , I sent 3 away in February, paid the only invoice they sent me only to have all 4 sent back to me untouched, I contacted Vive again and sent them back only to have them sent straight back, I have now been quoted 26 euros more than I was in February Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
