ink stories Posted May 7, 2020 Share Posted May 7, 2020 We're seeing users have an issue playing our game where the game is pausing randomly sometimes while playing. We've done some digging and it seems like its a result of WaveVR seeing the player stay still for 10-15 seconds, and a pause event is automatically triggered. (https://steamcommunity.com/app/1224480/discussions/0/2269195350108301498/) Given the nature of our game, where players are watching long scenes in VR, this can be a somewhat common occurence through the flow of the game, and interrupts the gaming experience. Is there any way to override WaveVR automatically pausing the game so this doesn't happen for players if they don't move the controller/headset? Would you provide more details so we can have a look? What is the Wave SDK version you're using? Are you using Unity or Unreal? And what version is it?
