Vive Tracker issue

Hey there,

i bought this week 3 HTC Vive trackers to do full body tracking. Two of them worked perfectly fine and are connecting and so on. But the third one doesn't. It always lights blue but never turns green and turns off after a while. ALso when I try to repair to pc it just sends timeout. On cable it works, with Dongle not.

I tried already different usb ports - even one of them were the other two works (it is always the same tracker that doesn't work)

I use Basestation Version 1 and Trackers 2018. 

My question here is just: is the dongle defect or is there a trick that I should try first?

Okay: after a lot of more restarts of steam vr it works now somehow....
