HackPerception Posted January 14, 2021 Share Posted January 14, 2021 @DragonSai I'd recommend contacting our hardware support before posting here https://forum.vive.com/announcement/3-need-to-reach-the-vive-support-team-click-here/ If you updated your basestation and now it's reporting error 02, that may be due to the newer firmware's diagnostics detecting a problem that earlier firmware versions couldn't' report.
