Doubt in htc for cosmos. Some time ago htc sold us the usb type c port for mobile or cell phone. In the end what was left or what was the reason. It only remains to use the usb type c for eye tracking ?. Isn't that port useful for anything else? I'm not saying use the virtual link directly to the pc. I don't know if the cable gives enough power to turn on the viewer. But it is only a doubt.

If you use amd ryzen it is a known problem, a solution I found is to turn on the "link box" but without connecting the usb to the box when it turns on and remains stable for a few seconds you connect the usb to the box.

Tracking is still bad. performance is horrible something is not "right" I have no clue what it can be. My controllers are lagging in normal Vive port and i do still i float away sometimes.

For me the " Motion compensation " makes weird graphic bugs in games and worsen the quality overall. It is smooth but i see square graphic popping up

I have exactly the same problem, rare squares in my case alyx. No matter what motion compensation you have, its use is useless. In itself in use for cosmos it is useless, it does not have any improvement, it only makes things worse. Also something that I would like them to repair in some way is the use of the room makes me tired of having to put in a room every time I turn on the viewer the region. Honestly, I don't know what to think about cosmos anymore, there is no general work information that users can see and test? At least have an idea on what is working but 3 months to see something and only this?.I understand the current and world situation but this is a lot. At least it would be nice to have settings that the user can have customizable. -
In my opinion with my ryzen 3900x and my 2070s in alyx the thing to the worse.

If you have any ryzen currently with w10 you are having problems, a solution is to turn on the box without connecting the usb it will turn on and then you connect it but without internet I do not see any sense. -

Switch usb aparentemente también ha tenido el problema con otros pcs al actualizarlo a w10 20h1 -20h2 en algunos PC no reconoce usb bien encender pero no lo detecta.

Hello. At times you don't meet basic requirements in cpu at least go thinking about changing motherbord, cpu and ram. I would recommend a ryzen at least 3700x, 16 gb ram (minimum), and 450 motherboard the most economical if you can't change the mic to a cheaper 2700x or some second hand.

I also have some problems using openxr the viveport gives me different colors on each screen and many times. It also costs horrors to start or enter some app or game but not always. I think it will be steamvr 1.15.12.

A menos que htc extraiga algún kit de lente, cono y pantalla para el cambio, tendrás que conformarte con eso o comprar uno nuevo. Buen negocio sería para htc para vender nuevas lentes poco más cono fov y alguna nueva pantalla "Poco más resolución". Así que podría vender muchos más visores y recoger todo lo malo que genera cosmos.

Where you can download a 3d model of vive cosmos controllers (.blende, .fbx, .obj, .dea,.max) Any of those. It is to be applied in blender for development. Any ideas?
