  1. On my XR Elite, I am connected to a hotspot and have tested internet connection, however when we try to log into the vive store it says' No internet connection' We have tried this with more than one hotspot. The device was initially batch configured through Vive Business+ VBMS, I removed the device from the group and reset it, we want to test Viveverse on this. Issue: vive store states - no internet connection
  2. We have been experiencing a number of odd issues setting up 15 devices in South Australia near adelaide, this is GMT +9 however the time was not correct with our daylight saving. From deduction it seems to be creating a conflict causing internet to lose connection, the device appears connected, however connecting to my vive profile it states we have no internet connection. I then disabled use network time, after which I did get a stable connection. Now I did reproduce this on one of the other devices so far, we are still working with telstra through some settings. HTC support could you please look at if the Network time could be causing these type of issues.
  3. That's great to see the controller staying awake in standby fix in this update, was the same done for the Focus 3? (same controllers right), pretty sure I have the same issues with those controllers losing charge.
  4. My Controllers are always out of charge same with testing the XR Elite, adding a power off / standby option would be great, better power management in the controllers and possibly headset seems necessary to me, I don't have this issue with any other system. My issue, controllers are always out of charge after about a day or so, lowering the user experience as you have to charge everytime you want to use the system. continuously leaving these on charge is not an option. I will try the holding the vive button on the controllers to shut them down.
