@thepark_gilles any idea what model is it? RAXE500 & RAXE300 will work if you only have just 3-4 headsets in a venue. U7Pro performs a bit better compared to U6E, but still trash, hopefully the future firmware from Unifi can improve things.

We have recently updated the VF3 to the latest firmware, 6.0.999.948. But the new firmware will something trigger the Eye Tracking Error even tho we do not own/use any eye tracker. Clicking ok and the prompt will go away, but it's annoying. Will this be addressed in the next firmware release?

@C.T. This firmware still hasn't fixed the issue where the headset failed to change the audio input automatically from the built-in mic to the external microphone on the gaming audio headset (3.5mm jack) when plugged in. The external microphone would work when it's plugged in during boot, but it failed to switch to it when the system was already booted. Any ETA on that fix being released?
