  1. Had a similar problem, I've found going to monitor settings in immersed and turning scaling to zero helps the blurriness. There is an Immersed discord, you can talk to them and I believe it is a known issue to them regarding the XR Elite. I find virtual desktop still feels sharper to me than immersed but changing scaling settings does help the clarity.
  2. Hello, I noticed that depending on which app I'm using the UI will be different (with certain options unavailable). For instance, when I sideloaded the Steamlink APK, it correctly shows the landscape mode and is curved, but there are no controls to change the curve. Another app that I'd love to see fixed are apps like nExt Camera which change from a portrait to a landscape mode when a landscape oriented device is connected. On XR Elite, it only stays in portrait mode, which really diminishes the experience. To explain what nExt Camera is, the original purpose of the app is to allow phones to view USB Cameras, but it also works very well to view any HDMI device connected via HDMI capture card (So I connect it by doing Device HDMI > USB Capture Card > XR Elite). For my use case I'd be able to connect my Steamdeck as an HDMI to the XR elite or my Samsung phone to use Samsung Dex. I understand this is niche, however, apps that go from Portrait mode to Landscape is not uncommon. It would be great for that behavior to be fixed or to have a button to toggle landscape mode on apps when available. Thank you!
  3. Just stopped by to say that I've tested this on the XR Elite and it shows a lot of promise! Very cool to try out handtracking within SteamVR for the first time! I'm unsure if this was an intended side effect of turning on passthrough but I notice that some of the Steam VR backgrounds in my SteamVR Homes show passthrough. It actually think it's pretty cool. The issue for me when turning on passthrough is how it effects performance on the highest quality of streaming. The performance dip is most noticeable on Ultra settings for me, but is a lot more performant and smooth when changed to Quality settings. Also, I am unsure if this conflicts with how the passthrough is implemented but would be great to have access to the camera via SteamVR settings where you would normally see a PCVR camera such as for the Valve Index. I do wish there was not such a large jump in quality between Quality and Ultra settings, it would be great if there was something in between or that I had access to more advanced quality settings. Mixed reality within blender was a cool experience! Very excited for this potential 🙂

  6. I am having issues with two titles that show XR Elite compatibility but are either broken or in my opinion hindered by a technical issue. They are: Ninja Legends and Last Labyrinth. For Ninja Legends the play space appears to not always reflect the play space that I've established in my room. The floor plane also seems off and I feel higher off of the floor than I should. I've had play sessions where the in-game play space is actually outside of my play area. For Last Labyrinth, the game seems to be playable but the resolution is a lot lower than the screenshots and is lacking clarity. I feel like this is probably a bug. Luckily for me these games were free with my Infinity subscription. I am aware that I should probably go to the game devs directly, but wanted to bring this to the Vive team's attention in case there is something that can be done on Vive's end.   7. I'm unable to reproduce it by updating back to beta in streaming hub, beta for me now is at 90HZ. I'll try a few things and update this thread if I can reproduce it.
  8. Hi C.T. was using the USB C on the battery cradle. Per the above, managed to get full 90hz when I realized I was in the beta for streaming hub and reverted back to stable.
  9. Realized I was in the Beta for the VIVE Streaming Hub. When I opted out of the beta I was back to 90HZ.
  10. Hello, I don't see anywhere where I can access the 90hz mode for streaming over USB C and I'm locked at 75hz even with all settings maxed out. Please tell me how I can access it. Thanks!
  11. Looks good and found the tutorials helpful as I just got the headset. I would appreciate it if you provided a way make apk 2d apps landscape. Also, I find the 2d app interaction to be lacking, many of the apps I've tried will not correctly recognize clicks with both controllers or hand tracking. Regarding phone mirroring. I am using a Z Fold 4 and the headset seems to struggling. I start getting lag and visual glitches when mirroring my phone. This includes both mirroring the inner screen and the cover screen. I would like to have the option to have passthrough while using the phone mirroring too (so that I don't have to rely on controllers and directly control the phone in my hands) If there's somewhere better to report bugs and request features, please let me know. Thank you!
