bluelion Posted May 3, 2017 Share Posted May 3, 2017 Our trackers stopped tracking properly, and intermittently flash on Steam VR and loose tracking. We are running Vanilla Steam on the public facing computer that we are using for the installation. Steam VR says there is a firmware update for them, but when I plug the tracker in via USB, Steam doesn't see them in the firmware update process. The Vive Trakcer Developer Guidelines say that we need to drop in a ROM provided by Vive, but I can't find where to get that anywhere. Is this still the process? How do I update the firmware on the trackers? Do I need to run Steam Beta on the public facing computer to get it to work properly?
